Poprad: Dunajec River Rafting

We want to take you to a magnificent place located in the southern Poland, to the National Park of Pieniny Mountains. If you decide to explore Polish mountains, we can offer you a one day tour from Poprad to the wonderful Dunajec River Gorge where you will be expected by Polish highlanders (Gorole). They take you on a fantastic and adventurous Dunajec River Gorge rafting which is the most pleasant way of visiting Pieniny National Park. You will have a great chance to explore splendid nature in unusual way on traditional wooden rafts. Rafting begins in the marina of Sromowce-Katy. The total route lenght is approx. 18 km and you can cover this distance over 2 hours. On the way back to Poprad, you will also visit a charming town of Kezmarok which is located on the Slovakian side of the border. Kezmarok has a long history and many interesting historical monuments. The most important is the 18th century Protestant Church entirely built of wood which was inscribed into UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites.
