Slovak Paradise Hiking – 8 days

The Slovak Paradise National Park is one of the most impressive regions of Slovakia. It is dotted with numerous beautiful gorges, wide canyons, picturesque waterfalls and lively forests. It is a perfect place for relaxing walks or more challenging hikes.

Day 1

When you come to Bratislava, we will pick you up and take you to the National Park of Slovak Paradise. You will take part in a Welcome meeting during which you will learn more about the tour’s itinerary. Overnight in Levoca.

Day 2

You will take part in a special trip to beautiful nature wonders of Slovak Paradise. You will see the gorge of Sucha Bela, you will admire fantastic views of waterfalls and have a chance to explore ruins of Cartusian Monastery. You will have a picnic break on Klastorisko. Overnight in Levoca.

Day 3

You will cover the distance of 16 km this day. The maximum altitude you will reach is 1154 m. You will traverse Dedinky, Stratena, Stratensky kanon, Havrania skala, Obcasny pramen, Velke a male Zajfy, razcestie, Male Zajfy and come back to Dedinky. Overnight in Levoca.

Day 4

After breakfast, you will take part in another day trip along Slovak Paradise mountain ranges. On the way, you will see rocks of Ihla a Kazateľnica, Tunel a Lievik and the cave of Mnichova jaskyna. You will take a look on a spectacular views of mountains from Tomasovsky vyhľad. You will cover the distance of 17,5 km. Overnight in Levoca.

Day 5

This day is dedicated to relaxation. We will take you to Polish National Park of Pieniny. You will take part in rafting tour in amazing scenery of Dunajec River which is a natural Polish-Slovak border. The ride takes 1hour 30min on a calm river. You will have lunch in a regional restaurant. Then you will drive back to Levoca.

Day 6

After breakfast you will depart Levoca and head toward Tatranska Kotlina. You will reach the Green Lake cottage which is located on the height of 1550 m. Overnight in Stary Smokovec.

Day 7

You will visit three charming places of Bilikova cottage, Zamkovska cottage and Teryho cottage. Overnight in Stary Smokovec.

Day 8

After breakfast, our tour ends. We can arrange a private airport transfer for discounted rates.
